1. Accepting these terms
By opening or using Tasflo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application. Any separate written terms supplied by the person or organisation that provided your copy of Tasflo take priority where they conflict with these terms.
2. What Tasflo provides
Tasflo is a static task-tracking application for organising lanes, tasks, checklists, notes, deadlines, deleted items, preferences, and portable JSON backups. It does not provide an account, hosted workspace, guaranteed synchronisation, or automatic cloud backup.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the task titles, descriptions, checklist items, notes, dates, profile name, and other content you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content, for controlling access to your device and exported files, and for keeping backups when the information matters to you.
Do not use Tasflo to store or manage information when loss, delay, or unauthorised access could create an emergency, safety risk, or other serious harm.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Tasflo for lawful personal or organisational task tracking. You must not use it to violate another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the application, bypass security controls, or store content you are not entitled to use.
5. Local storage, deletion, and backups
Your workspace is normally stored in the browser profile and file location used to open Tasflo. Clearing browser data, changing browsers, moving the site, using private browsing, device failure, or browser restrictions may make a workspace unavailable. Deleted Tasks are recoverable for up to 30 days and are purged when Tasflo next runs after that period.
The Import & Export page lets you create a JSON backup. You are responsible for storing exported files securely and confirming that any backup you rely on can be imported.
6. Tasflo materials
Tasflo’s name, interface, visual design, and application code may be protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms let you use the copy provided to you; they do not transfer ownership of Tasflo or give permission to remove notices, misrepresent authorship, or redistribute the application unless the provider has separately allowed it.
7. Third-party links
Tasflo may contain a creator link that opens a third-party website in a new tab. That website is separate from Tasflo and has its own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security. Tasflo is not responsible for third-party content or services.
8. Availability and changes
Tasflo may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued. Features may behave differently between browsers or devices. No promise is made that the application will always be available, error-free, compatible with every environment, or suitable for every purpose.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Tasflo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded. Tasflo’s provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, or for loss of workspace data arising from use of or inability to use the application.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
10. Privacy
The Tasflo Privacy Policy explains the application’s local data handling, retention, exports, and user controls.
11. Changes and questions
These terms may be updated when Tasflo’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Questions can be directed through the Tasflo creator link in the footer or through any contact details supplied with your copy.
